ZOMBERRY
"One by one, the citizens of Eastman are mutating into something horrible. Now, the city is quarantined, the survivors are trapped, and ghouls prowl the streets. No one knows how the zombie outbreak began… but how it ends is up to you!"
You land in a town at night, something is at hand. Head left, and if you talk to the first police officer, you will find out that it is a zombie apocalypse! Go left to talk to a police officer with a gray mustache, and your quest will begin. You will receive a Clue Notebook, a Flashlight, and some instructions.
Now click start, and you will begin your hunt for the acclaimed doctor finding the cure to the outbreak. Equip your flashlight, and click space to turn it on. Control where the light hits by moving your cursor around. Enter the tunnel.
Stay in the light, and keep going! Jump down from the first truck, always heading left. Then jump on to the next, and you will encounter the very first infected. Jump over it, and land on crates. Drive them away with your flashlight, and don't touch them! Then, jump down from the tall crates to a beat-down blue car. The taillights are on, and the second zombie is near there. As well, jump over it and land on the hood of a FedUP truck (lol). On the top of the truck is the third infected. Jump over that too and keep going left. Then proceed to jump on top of a Papa Pete's Pizza delivery car. Drop down to your left on top of the trunk of a yellow cab, watching out for the fourth zombie. Jump over her on to an oil barrel, and pick up the glimmering object that you find out is a Car Key with the label "Dorf Bean". Afterwards, jump on top of the oil truck, then left onto the back containing more oil barrels. You will see the fifth infected patrolling that area. Jump over it, and then hop on top of a towing truck titled "Townado Towing Co.". Attached to the truck is a green car, conveniently the green Dorf Bean! Use your keys to activate the car, then turn on the high beam (lights button on your left) to fend off the horde of zombies blocking your path to the left! Now, pull the crank just below you to lower the Dorf Bean. Your path is cleared! Head on left to the Financial District. |
Go left and jump over another zombie, then on top of a orange-white construction barrier. Jump up to the beam, then keep heading upwards until you reach a crane on your right. Using the crane, direct your cursor to the bottom right steel beam over-top a lunch box. Move it somewhere else and hit stop, then jump down to the lunchbox and click it. Rummage through the container until you find a purple Subway Pass near the bottom.
Welcome to Shady Side. Now go left until you reach a fusebox. Flip the switches until they match this picture (the first column has all the lights on - everything is flipped up except switch 2 and 4):
Close the box, and head left to the apartment on 147 Park Drive. Keep jumping up the first column until you reach the top where a wooden door is located. Enter it.
Go left and enter Room Number 7 - Dr. G. Romero's room. Head left and click the monitor, your Clue Notebook will be updated. Exit.
Go down to Room Number 5 - Joe Puddy's room, the construction dude gone missing. Go left to the fridge, pick up a note to update your Clue Notebook. Then go all the way right, jump up where the bookshelf is to receive Bolt Cutters. Exit.
Now go to the final room, Room Number 1 - A gaming Poptropican that's still alive! Pick up a Camera past the gamer, on top of his stereo. Also, go rummage his trash can next to the door, and find a slip that says "Valley Rain" (a parody of "Mountain Dew" in our world). This will be the next clue that goes in your Clue Notebook. If you want, you can play the not-mandatory game "Terror in the Garden" by clicking the huge flatscreen. The game foreshadows events that are coming! (Also a way to practice.)

Now leave the apartment through the roof access. Head to Chinatown on your left, then enter a Karaoke Bar. There will be a horde of infected waiting for you, so you could either jump over them or walk along the string of lanterns.
Once you are inside, jump up to the higher platform where a human DJ is bobbing her head. Then go all the way right until you reach an afro zombie. Hover your cursor to the disco ball, and the light will scare it away. Then click on the panels of switches labelled "Disco Lights", and the dance floor will be cleared. After talking with the DJ, grab the note on top of the sound mixer on her table to fill up your Clue Notebook.

In Chinatown, jump onto the string of lanterns above the horde of zombies (by climbing up the restaurant "A Wok and a Hard Place"). Use your light bulb there to put into the lanterns, and then jump down on the string so the light scares away the infected. An open manhole will appear in the ground; jump down and enter it before the horde comes back.
Now you land on top of the subway you moved earlier. Enter it through a roof hatch located to your left. Go to the front and control the tram. It will start to move. Exit through the top roof hatch. Conveniently, a rusty ladder will be above you. Climb up the ladder, then go to the "secret bunker".

Leave the bunker, even though there may be a massive swarm waiting for you. Go back to Chinatown, then run all the way left until you reach a fence with a sign titled "The Wharf". Using your bolt cutters, open the gate and enter the Wharf.
Apparently, almost all the zombies are in the Wharf, even though it was locked. Anyways, be careful where you go, and keep running to the right until you reach a storage container that is labeled "Do not Open until 2000". (You can equip your camera and use flash to scare the zombies in your way, since your flashlight is weak yet surprisingly not out of batteries yet.)
Talk to the guy inside, and hand him the coffee in return for a Keycard. He'll also help you get to the top of the containers.
This next part is not that easy. Climb up the shipping containers until you reach the top. Watch out for the zombies, but at least your back is covered by the survivalist.
Head rightwards while up, until you reach a crane. Jump on the platforms until you reach the control panel that looks like this:

Use your keycard here, and scroll down until you see Cleveland -- Blueberries. Click that, and another screen will pop up.
Hover your cursor to direct the crane arm. Make sure you pass the gaps and don't hit the three-crate columns. If you do, a collision will occur and you will have to start all over. When you reach row 73, the click the crate and crane will pick up the container.

Now enter the storage! Equip your camera if you haven't already.
Once you step foot inside, a sumo zombie will begin his hunt towards you. Use your flash to temporarily blind him, then grab the pile of Blueberries and run!

Head back to the bunker via the subway station just near the Wharf's entrance. Use your pass to open the second door, and go right. Keep going right till you reach the subway. Now go back into the bunker.
Jump down to the "high-tech equipment" and use your sample of blueberries. Turn the crank to get a liquid sample. You got a Medical Gun with Antidote in it!
Now shoot the doctor and turn him back!
After watching the cutscene, quickly jump up to board the doorway! Jump back down, turn the crank, and produce more antidote. But in the end, your actions were futile. They broke through the boards and are heading for you!

The battle is on! Tip: Hold down your mouse to fire fast instead of clicking. Typically, 3 shots should cure a zombie.
If you played the minigame before, this should be easy! (Minigame was located in the gamer guy's room in the apartment).
When you defeat the zombie wave, you will get conflicting feedback from Joe and the Gamer Guy. In the end, you will be awarded a medallion for your brave work! Congratulations!
